The kit of ICANN's Internet Censorship (organ of the U.S. Department of Commerce) distributed in Brazil by the Internet Management Committee of Brazil CGI.br / NIC.br contains filters that block e-mails of words both in reception and the sending of emails.
The kit of censure by ICANN to install on the servers of Justice through the Brazilian member of ICANN in Brazil as Mr. Demi Getschko as shown below und [2]

The same kit with the seal of ICANN was placed on all providers that crawl Brazilian words like "abusando" in the emails and found that the e-mail is immediately canceled. Take a test to send two emails to a friend and one of them write in subject: "www.abusando.info” and ask to replay them.
Other words like “CGI.br”, NIC.br”, “Demi Gestchko” are inspected by a technician before the Providers to decide whether or not blocked by SPAM.

The manipulation of the Brazil’s Internet control
There are around 50 clain centers where you can speak about the SPAM practices
in the world. Once the SPAM is actually found after several complaints from
the IP source is registered in the system.
It is common for all providers consult these centers to know the origin of the
email that was registered as SPAM or not. Some Internet providers diverted the
e-mails to another box, when some simply delete from the server.
But the Internet Management Committee of Brazil CGI.br is using an artifice
to prevent emails with their complaints of abuse being delivered to the right
recipient.
They claim it is spam and previously register the IP from those server using
“Five-Ten”, "Spamcannibal" and “TQMcube” and
thus eliminate the e-mails from Association Of Abuse, www.abusando.info, this
is the Main NGO in Brazil that makes complaints agains Mr Demi
Besides the Registro.BR has wrongly including the "Blacklist" as Backhole - in which the emails are simply erased - thousands of Brazilian sites that use the tools as dns ns1.ibizdns.com or ns1.3reais.com
All this with only
one reason: To financially harm the people that made the claim, mainly the Association

But, its main inquisitorial ask: "how much was paid by Mr Demi Gestchko

During the period of 13 years in Brazil the internet group register from Mr.
Getscko called NIC.br disappeared with more than US$ 200 million dollars which
should be invested in digital inclusion however is NOT.
It is suspected that even several ICANNs boarder being blessed monetarily to
promote Mr. Getschko as the central link connecting the Internet of the world
with Brazil.
The fact that the
Five-and Ten, Spamcannibal and TQMcube had included wrongly thousands of Brazilian
commercial sites that have nothing to do with the matter not be harming the
commercial clearly shows that Mr. Getschko just bought both to control the e-mails
distribution in Brazil.

through antispam.br is so dirty that reaches up the IPs on the servers directly
mirrors of SPAM in Brazil. Because the Internet provider detects as Junk Mail

the NGO NIC.br of ownership of the CGI.Br members and members of ICANN.

As there is no
central control of SPAM in Brazil. Brazilian providers use some of the 50 existing
in the world, mostly U.S. of CA. But, the Brazilian Internet Comitee CGI.Br
can who want to lock in Brazil (through the U.S. of CA) without being plagued
by the Brazilian Justice. And as a lock Brazil also does not apply to the American
justice.
Brazilian Internet Comitee CGI.br from Mr. Getschko controls and handles all
e-mails Brazilian at will, including the government, the parliamentary and Brazil's
own justice, because all were induced to include among others the centers: Five-and
Ten, Spamcannibal and TQMcube. Also was that Mr. Getschko detonated the legitimate
